Beginner’s Knitting with Ethan
Dates: Tuesdays, Jan 8th – 29th, 7:00-8:30pm

Have you always wanted to learn how to knit? Or has it been forever since you picked up knitting needles? This fun and easy 4 week class will teach skills including how to cast on, knit stitch and pearl, binding off, knitting in the round, and increasing and decreasing stitches. You will leave this class with a knitted winter scarf and hat and the ability to knit on your own.
All materials provided. Students are encouraged to bring their favorite yarn of their choice for the hats and scarves.

Born in the mountains of Colorado, Ethan passed the long winters by learning to spin wool into yarn and bring the fibers from ewe to you! Aside from spinning and knitting, he keeps busy with gardening, beekeeping, canning, fermenting, and lampworking beads.
