Free Community Dinner 11/25 @ Sonoma Community Center

This year’s Free Community Dinner will take place as a drive-through with warm meals available for pickup curbside at the Sonoma Community Center’s back patio on Thanksgiving Day, November 25 starting at 2:00PM.  Meals will be provided pre-packaged and sized as a meal for a family of four.

As always the meal will be made using locally sourced, fresh ingredients and will include all the traditional Thanksgiving fare.  Longtime Sonoma Community Center volunteer and Rotarian Gary Edwards, along with his co-chef Daniel Quijada will lead the dinner preparations.  Local groups and individuals including Paul’s Produce, Sonoma Market, Joanne Romanini Distributing, Artisan Bakery, Rotary Club of Sonoma Sunrise, Rotary Club of Sonoma Valley and Bright Event Rentals have also donated supplies and ingredients for the event.  As in previous years Vintage House will provide all of the desserts for the dinner, focusing on classic pies.

There is no cost to pick-up a meal, however, donations are gratefully accepted to help offset the cost of producing the event.
