Spend four evenings at the Center exploring wonderfully expressive acrylic paint through guided lessons focusing on techniques that will unlock its potential and stimulate your creative color sensibilities. Acrylic painting is an exciting medium that is water-based and fast-drying. We will produce a few small achievable paintings of varying subject matter including unique and fun still lifes, landscape images and interpretive works from photographs. You will also be exposed to relevant art history along the way!
Some drawing and painting experience is recommended, though not required. Please bring required materials to the first session (see supply list).
