Kaylissa Dunson

Chef

A foodie. Health & fitness enthusiast

From being raised by a cook, I could say it was in my blood to know my way around a kitchen. Surprisingly it wasn’t until 2018, upon transitioning to a strictly plant based diet, that I started to explore my culinary talents. In 2020, amidst the pandemic I began doing pop up events, and started Kay’s So Delicious Kitchen to spread awareness of how possible and beneficial a vegan lifestyle is.

Joy Wilson

Taste Expert

Joy Wilson has been with Lagunitas Brewing Company 6.5 years, in the Quality/Sensory departments for most of that time. Lagunitas scooped her up shortly after receiving her B.S. in Biology from Sonoma State University and spending a harvest in the laboratory at St. Francis Winery. She has since had the opportunity to deepen her knowledge of beer and specifically sensory through several trainings including the AROXA Practical Beer Tasting Course, Heineken Supply Chain Academy Sensory Workshop and is currently enrolled in the UC Davis Applied Sensory and Consumer Science Certificate Program. Joy is an active member of Pink Boots Society which exists to assist, inspire, and encourage women professionals in the fermented beverage industry through education and she is super excited to have the chance to share her passion for tasting with the folks at the Sonoma Community Center too!
