In this workshop students will learn the skills of the Mexican folk art of papel picado, cut paper designs. You will get to practice this decorative craft of cutting paper into beautiful and elaborate designs. And you will also learn the art of paper flower creation for your Day of the Dead Celebrations. Bring your family and friends to this one.
Lead by renowned Bay Area artist Ernesto Hernandez-Olmos, this workshop is the 2nd in a series of 5 cultural artistic workshops leading up “DIA SONOMA” Sonoma’s city-wide celebration of Dia de los Muertos Saturday, November 2nd from 12:30-8:00pm. Sign up for all 5!
