Theatre Camp, Ages 11-17

One session, 2 weeks,  June 13-June 24 / 10 am- 3:00 pm / Ages 11-17

Dive into Summer with this creative opportunity to play theater games, sharpen social skills and to simply have fun —  all while putting on a show!  The 1st week will include an introduction to singing, movement, improv, character play and production design.  Students will then get the chance to apply their new skills during the 2nd week while they collaborate and rehearse for a fully produced Seussical the Musical experience!  This 2 week Camp will culminate with a live performance with costumes, lights, and sets for students’ family and friends where every student will be featured with solos and lines!  No need to already be a “star.”  Curious teens are all invited to put on a show.

Students will directly work with Broadway’s Eric Jackson & performer and Backyard Kid’s Theatre founder, Alexis Duermeyer.

Pay-What-You-Can: $600/ $700/ $800

*This pay-what-you-can model is designed to meet parents where they are. When you pay the top tier you will be helping provide education for other students.
