About the class
“Master the Art of Italian Classics: From Pasta to Dessert” invites you to discover the joy of creating authentic Italian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. You’ll learn to craft delicate fresh pasta dough from scratch, transforming it into handmade ravioli filled with vibrant spinach and creamy ricotta cheese, while mastering essential pasta-making techniques. The journey continues as you create the perfect pannacotta – a silky, elegant Italian custard topped with fresh strawberries, balancing rich and refreshing flavors. All skill levels are welcome, and you’ll take home your culinary creations to share and enjoy.
