Join us for a month-long exploration of zero waste cooking and recycled art making! Students will learn about sustainability in the kitchen and through art. Have fun and eat tasty foods as you learn some tips and tricks to bring home to your family.
In the art class they will be working with Muralist Painter Niki Wildflower of Petaluma, CA to create sculptures out of plastic.
This after school program includes 1 culinary class and 1 art class each Wednesday.
Locations
Drop off at 3:30 and pick up at 5:30. Please see below on where to drop off and pick up your student:
- 1st – 2nd graders to be dropped off at the Rotary kitchen and picked up at Rm 210
- 3rd – 5th graders to be dropped off at Rm 210 and picked up at the Rotary Kitchen
