Join our culinary class for roast flank steak stuffed with prosciutto, grilled pizza with tomato, fontina, and eggplant, a pear salad with bacon, Gorgonzola, and port vinaigrette, spinach, and herbs (served with a Pinot Noir reduction sauce), grilled marinated vegetables with fresh mozzarella, and a Tuscan polenta apricot rum cake.
