Instructor: Gail Morgan
Be part of a new collaboration! Figure Arts at the Center teams up with Printmaking Open Studio on Tuesday, February 4. Join us for our regular session of figure drawing with a live model in Room 210, then come next door to the SCC’s dedicated Print Studio and learn how to transform your sketches into one of a kind mono prints. Instructor Gail Morgan will teach you how to replicate your drawings by brushing liquid graphite onto a plate, then transferring your images onto fine art paper using the Center’s etching presses. Class will include creative guidance, technical advice and safety guidelines. Reinvigorate your drawing practice through this exciting new technique! No two prints are alike!
Tuition includes custom printing plate provided by the Center.
