SATURDAY & SUNDAY 10:00AM-4:00PM
OCT 12 & 13, 2019
Instructor: Julie Cohn
Many of us are awestruck when we view Yosemite, Bryce Canyon, and a number of spectacular landscapes. Delve into a sacred and imaginative journey as you carve out, render and splash color onto mountains, water, sky and foliage. Take a quick impression from your photo and go even deeper into an emotional sensation about your nature experiences as you paint. Learn new and exciting landscape techniques for watercolor and how to mix colors and define your color palette for each painting. Let the watercolor take charge from time to time, allowing the paint to move on the paper. This medium wants to have a conversation with you!
Please bring photos of your travels to class.
