This Bobble Cowl pattern encompasses four different techniques for the intermediate knitter. You will learn provisional cast-on, how to make bobbles, short rows and finish off with the Kitchner stitch. The class will be taught in two sessions; the first session (3 hours) will include provisional cast on, creating bobbles, short rows and review the pattern steps. The second session (1 1/2 hours) will take place 3 weeks later and will include the Kitchner stitch which will seamlessly attach your cowl. Instructions for blocking will also be included.

After 20 years away, Lisa returned to the Bay Area in the fall of 2011. She began working at Artifax on the Sonoma Plaza in November of 2011. In January of 2012, she became one of the buyers for Artifax, and in April she became the store manager.
Lisa spent many years in the corporate world, as a project manager and Customer Service director in the educational technology industry. She also has over 40 years of knitting experience as a designer and teacher. Before coming to Sonoma, she spent the last 6 years making her living in the knitting industry as a yarn sales rep, designing knitting patterns and teaching knitwear design and style workshops throughout Southern California. Her design inspiration comes from her interest in style, texture and color.
