NEW DATES: JUNE 8-JULY 13

Instructor:  Colleen Gianatiempo

This class will be held virtually on our Zoom platform. Class will offer a deeply nourishing, soulful jump-start to any creative habit by inviting a whole new way of painting from a space of freedom, non-judgment and experimentation.  The focus is on loosening up, tuning into intuition, releasing expectations, and welcoming joyful authentic expression back into your creative process and your daily life. You will experiment with wild abandon with mixed media materials that are outside the box!  All you need is a sense of playfulness—and there is no prior experience required.  Not only will you ignite your creative soul but you will be exposed to the elements and principles of art and design.

When you register for your class, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to the Zoom log in credentials.

Colleen Gianatiempo grew up on the East Coast but soon after graduating with a business degree from the University of Massachusetts, curiosity led her West to live the California lifestyle.  In furthering her education, Colleen received a certificate in Graphic Design from Otis Parsons School of Design in Los Angeles, which led her to start her own firm creating design within the disciplines of fine art, graphic art, interior design, photography and arts instruction.  She is still going strong after 26 years.  Passion for fine art led her to the Academy of Art in San Francisco where she received a Master of Fine Art in Painting.  Her mixed media work embodies bold color, varying texture, layers of shapes, and patterns.  Her work has been exhibited in multitude of solo and group shows and is in numerous public and private collections.
