Oliver Ranch Tour  – Sunday, October 20th 2019

Oliver Ranch, in the Geyserville area, is an ongoing project by Steve and Nancy Oliver, home to 18 remarkable site-specific installations by 20 award-winning artists including Bruce Nauman, Richard Serra, Ann Hamilton, Martin Puryear, and Andy Goldsworthy and many others.  The ranch is a unique, one-of-a-kind outdoor museum that is harmonious with the surrounding environment.

Tours of the collection are only available through and for non-profit organizations, so this provides a unique opportunity to experience the property while supporting Sonoma Community Center.  There are only 35 tickets available @ $100 each.

The tour length is approximately 2.5 hours and it covers approximately 2.5 miles with 600 feet of up and down elevation change.  It can be likened to a light hike in the woods as the paths are unpaved.  Comfortable, non-slip walking shoes are recommended.  Bus transportation from the Sonoma Community Center to Oliver Ranch is included in the ticket price.  We will leave the Community Center at approximately 8:30am and return around 2:00pm.

Tickets will be on sale until they are sold out.  Approximately one month before the tour, those who purchased tickets will be contacted with specific details.  Tickets are non-refundable unless we have a waiting list of individuals to transfer the tickets to.
