Join Chef Milan in creating the perfect summer dinner, a seafood and chorizo paella. Paella is a Spanish dish of saffron-flavoured rice cooked with meats, seafood, and vegetables. Originating in the rice-growing areas on Spain’s Mediterranean coast, the dish is especially associated with the region of Valencia.

While the Paella is cooking, Co-Founder of Head High Wines, Prema Behan will help us find the perfect wine pairings for our entree made from Sonoma County grapes.

Now as the General Manager of Macarthur Place, Milan looks for opportunities to serve the Sonoma Community such as offering cooking classes at Sonoma Community Center.
