Sunday, November 14, 11:30-2:30: All are welcome to make a screenprinted poster!

The Sanctuary Print Shop is a traveling, functional print shop that also serves as a community space, and this fall it has taken up residency at the Sonoma Valley Museum of Art. The Shop aims to raise awareness about immigration policies and how they impact our communities. Through community participation in screenprinting posters, The Sanctuary Print Shop educates visitors on the history of the sanctuary ordinance and immigration policy, while serving as a resource center and catalyst for public engagement in the movement to uphold immigrants’ rights.

The mobile print shop will visit the Sonoma Community Center on Sunday, November 14th from 11:30am-2:30pm. Join us on the back patio to print your own poster and increase your understanding of immigrants’ rights. All ages welcome.
