4 weeks of fun, hands-on clay classes will inspire and educate young students in our ceramics studio. Each month has a seasonal theme to inspire the student’s art work. Our instructor will lead projects each session with plenty of room and flexibility for each child to explore their own creativity and ideas.
- February 7-28 — Heart projects inspired by Valentines Day
- March 7-28 — Fairy Houses inspired by the spring season
- April 4-25 — Planters & Bird Houses inspired by the outdoors
- May 2-23 — Mother’s Day mementos
Bio: Lillian (Lil) is our newest additional to our talented roster of instructors! She’s a experienced children’s instructor and currently teaches here at the Center’s Sonoma Ceramics program as well as the Mill Valley Potter’s Studio. Lil received her BA in Ceramics from Sonoma State University and has experience teaching summer youth arts programming at the Charles M. Schulz Museum in Santa Rosa. Lil lives in Petaluma and loves introducing young ones to the joys of working with clay!
