CAMP 1: JULY 6 – 10, 2020 / CAMP 2: July 13 – 17, 2020
Instructor: Pia Andersson
Summer Camp is still on and this is the chance for all levels to come together and enjoy! In this online live workshop using Zoom video conferencing, kids and teens will experience the accomplishment of learning specific hand sewing, macrame, and weaving techniques all while completing a fun range of fiber art projects and crafts. Camp will include 2 hours of virtual time for students to share their projects and learn the techniques of new skills, and then have the rest of the day to freely express themselves in their own creations! No experience necessary.
Camp is for ages 10-17. For our younger students, a parent/guardian is asked to be present to help facilitate the start of class and be available to help when needed. Class recordings will also be available for a limited time for review, if necessary.
All camp supplies and materials will be provided at a scheduled curbside pick-up at the Sonoma Community Center. For out-of-the-area families not living in or around Sonoma, CA, please contact [email protected] when registering to request the camp’s Supply List to participate.
(Fee for a full week of materials and supplies is included!)
