E.F.T. Tapping for Stressed Out and Overwhelmed Adults

August 28, 2023 @ 5:30 pm 6:30 pm

In this one-hour class, you will learn to use Emotional Freedom Techniques (E.F.T.) Tapping in order to neutralize feelings of stress and overwhelm. The result will help to leave you feeling free and empowered to deal with whatever life throws at you.

Tapping builds on the ancient Chinese tradition of Acupuncture. Learning to tap on acupressure points with one’s fingers usually produces remarkable results in a very short time. Tapping will help you deal with the many problems that you may have assumed were simply an inescapable part of the modern lifestyle.

Joseph Persico

Instructor

I am passionate about teaching others how to use E.F.T. Tapping to get relief from both psycho-emotional issues and physical ailments. This passion began on November 1, 2017, when, as a school teacher, I experienced a heightened level of inner stillness that enabled me to deal with a classroom full of children with total calm and composure. Over the next six years, I continued to practice Tapping on myself and received my certification from E.F.T. International. Since then, I have been helping migrant workers to learn this self-help technique that produces astounding results for mind and body—often times, in only minutes.

When you register for a class, you’ll be offered three price tiers. The middle tier comes closest to what our registration fees used to be, and covers about 50% of the full cost of your participation in the class – with the other 50% covered by community donations. The first tier creates accessibility for people with limited income, while the third tier covers the full cost of participation – so that we can use community donations to support other people’s registration costs. When you choose to register at the third tier, you directly help support the Center’s efforts to remove financial barriers for others.

The Sonoma Community Center (the Center) strives to create an inclusive, safe community where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. The Center is committed to creating such an environment because it brings out the fullest potential in each of us, which, in turn, contributes directly to creating a community of belonging. In order to ensure a positive, safe, and welcoming experience for everyone, all program participants are asked to abide by the following policies, community agreements, and restorative safety protocol.
