About the class

Indulge in the rich flavors of Latin-American desserts! Join our culinary class to learn how to create delightful treats like Tres Leches cake, Alfajores with dulce de leche, and crispy churros with decadent chocolate sauce. Discover the secrets behind these beloved desserts and satisfy your sweet tooth. Reserve your spot now!

  1. Tres Leches Cake:
    • A classic Latin-American dessert, Tres Leches cake is a sponge cake soaked in three types of milk: evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and whole milk. The result is a moist, tender cake with a rich flavor profile. Top it with whipped cream and fresh berries for an irresistible treat.
  2. Alfajores with Dulce de Leche:
    • Alfajores are delicate, crumbly cookies that originate from South America. These buttery cookies are sandwiched together with a generous layer of dulce de leche—a sweet caramel-like spread made from condensed milk. The combination of the melt-in-your-mouth cookie and the luscious filling is simply heavenly.
  3. Churros with Chocolate Sauce:
    • Churros are crispy, deep-fried dough sticks coated in cinnamon sugar. They’re a beloved street food in many Latin-American countries. Dip them into a thick, velvety chocolate sauce for an indulgent experience. The contrast between the crunchy exterior and the gooey chocolate is pure bliss.
