About the class

Sabor del Sol with Chef Gerardo Diaz and a night of traditional Mexican coastal ceviche paired with perfectly chilled margaritas in the Secret Garden. Enjoy a relaxing night of demonstrations of the steps to making the perfect ceviche. Because ceviche needs time to build its flavors over several hours, Chef Gerardo will have made in advance a feast for all to enjoy after the class.

This class is part of our Summers at the Center series of classes and events being held in June, July, and August. You can view all of our offerings here.
