Join us for a one-of-a-kind hands-on, experience with your friends or colleagues! Join us at the Sonoma Community Center’s ceramic studio for a fun, lively experience making pottery or sculpture. Our talented instructors will walk you through a simple project and our teaching assistants can offer one-on-one assistance or feel free to invent your own creations! Sonoma Ceramics will complete your piece with the glaze you choose and contact you when they are complete.
We are happy to craft an experience for you and your friends, school group, team building, family reunion etc.

Kid’s Birthday Parties or POD Classes: Handbuilding/Sculpting
- Looking for hands on fun for your birthday party or pod class?
- 5 participants minimum 12 maximum
- $30 per child plus a $50 non-refundable room deposit/ cleaning fee is due at the time of reservation.
- 2 hr. Group lesson with a professional ceramics artist! Tour of studio & kilns.
OPTION 1
Animal Planters– make 1 animal planter and paint it with underglaze. We will clear glaze and fire for you!
OPTION 2
Bird Houses-make 1 bird house and paint it with underglaze. We will clear glaze and fire for you!

- $75 per person. Includes clay, firing, trimming and glazing. Choose 1 piece each to keep and we will trim, fire and glaze for you! Ready to take home in 3 weeks. Additional charges apply for shipping.
