What comes with your ticket?
Lunch tickets include a beautiful handmade bowl of your choosing with a hearty chili of choice, as well as toppings, cornbread, and dessert.
Dinner tickets include all of the above + a handmade cup and cocktail/mocktail.
Three seating options available.
Every February, the annual Chili Bowl celebrates community, food, and clay. Featuring artisan bowls made by the Center’s ceramics team and a variety of hot, steaming chilis prepared by local chefs, the Chili Bowl brings our community together to create a sense of warmth during the rainy tail-end of winter.

Never Heard of Chili Bowl?
Every year, the ceramics department artists begin making bowls in October. By the time they are done, they will have made over 800 bowls, at least 300 cups, and countless vases for table decorations. Local chefs donate delectable chilis of various kinds, including vegetarian options.
When you attend a Chili Bowl lunch seating, you will first enter a room with a selection of hundreds of handmade bowls. Don’t worry, the bowls are divvied up in advance so that every lunch and dinner seating has a similar selection. Pick your bowl and then head to the kitchen to choose your chili with all of the fixins. We’ll have cleaning stations and bags for you to take your bowl home.
