ABOUT COMMUNITY ROOM 110
Our largest multipurpose room measures 24′ × 50′. The room quickly transforms from a large open space to a banquet room for up to 75 people – and most anything in between! We provide an assortment of tables and chairs to meet most needs.
Room 110 has an outside door that allows groups to spill into our large Outdoor Patio. Its proximity to the Kitchen makes it easy for groups to cater an event. The room is great for larger meetings, classes, dining, and parties – on the ground floor with direct access to the patio and parking.

Important, please note
Include setup & breakdown time in your rental window
Your rental time must cover your full event including the time needed to set up before and clean up after. All events must end and be cleaned up by 9:00 PM – our building closes at that time.
A $50 facilities fee covers table/chair removal and binned refuse, so you don’t need to handle that yourself.
Certificate of Liability Insurance required
A Certificate of Liability Insurance is required for all events. It must list the event date, time, and the SCC physical address (276 East Napa Street, Sonoma, CA 95476). The certificate is due the week before your event.
Many renters are already covered by an existing homeowner’s policy. If you’re not, you can buy a one-time event policy online. Our link to The Event Helper prefills the Center’s information and sends the certificate directly to us:
