This class will combine BALLET for posture and balance, graceful, low impact CARDIO for stamina and coordination and FITNESS for strength – all to fun, upbeat music. No turns or jumps means it is easy on the joints. Kate taught Ballet at the Center adult classes right here at the Community Center in the late 2000s and is happy to be back to share her knowledge and passion with her community. All Levels / Private classes for very beginning students are available with Kate Leland.
