About the class
The Yang style 24 Form was created in 1956 by four Chinese Tai Chi masters to provide a shorter, standardized form which was promoted throughout China as an exercise for everyone. It is believed to be the most practiced tai chi form in the world. Experienced students or recommended by instructor only. If new to Tai Chi or at beginner level, please sign up for the Beginning Tai Chi for Arthritis class. Instructor, Cathy Williamson, has been practicing tai chi for more than 20 years and has personally trained with Dr Paul Lam. She is a board certified instructor with the Tai Chi for Health Institute.
