Chef G is teaching the next generation of chefs, ages 10-14, in his Global Flavors Cooking Camp. For adults, he’ll be demonstrating the flavors and techniques of classic Spanish tapas as part of Summer at the Center’s “A Night in Spain” on Thursday, June 30. Register for that here.
