Lunar New Year Free Community Celebration- Year of the Fire Horse

Saturday, March 7, 12-3 PM, Back Patio

At noon, join us in Room 110 for kids’ activities by the Center, and demonstrations of origami, mahjong, and traditional Chinese calligraphy. Food vendors will be behind the Center from noon to 3 PM. Entertainment from Hula Mai and Redwood Empire Chinese Association will be on the back patio beginning at 1 PM. Don’t forget to bring dollars to tip the performers- feed the lions for good luck in the upcoming year.

The intersection of art, fashion, and environmental sustainability meets in the Trashion Fashion Runway Show. Tickets are available beginning Thursday, March 12, at 10 AM.
