Sounds of Summer: A Meditative Sound Bath Journey

Relax into a live sound bath of singing bowls and gongs. Guided meditation for the 8/8 Lionsgate Portal to reflect, renew, and set intentions.

Journey Beyond Sound invites you to a relaxing Sunday evening of guided meditation and an immersive meditative soundscape designed to help you slow down, quiet the mind, and create space for clarity, reflection, and renewal. During this deeply relaxing experience, you’ll rest comfortably as a live ensemble of musicians creates a soundscape with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, symphonic gongs, chimes, Native flute, string instruments, drums, and other resonant tones. As the sounds gently “washes” over you, you’ll experience a peaceful environment that encourages deep relaxation, mindfulness, and quiet reflection.

Following the incredible response to the Lionsgate Edition on August 8th,  we’re continuing the Sonoma Community Center series with Lionsgate Edition II on August 23. The evening falls during the waxing moon, just five days before the August 28 full moon and partial lunar eclipse, adding another layer of celestial energy to this late summer sound journey.

Inspired by the themes of Lionsgate and the approaching full moon, this evening offers a space to reconnect, recharge, and embrace the energy of the season through guided meditation and immersive sound.

Each Journey Beyond Sound experience is thoughtfully curated around a unique seasonal or inspirational theme, creating a fresh experience for both first time and returning participants.

  • A 75 minute guided meditation and immersive meditative sound bath journey.
  • A live ensemble of musicians throughout the experience.

  • Yoga or exercise mat (yoga mats available to use for this session if you don’t have one).
