The Center’s culinary classes are focused on fun, warmth, and the true meaning of bringing the community together through food which is connection. All culinary classes are “hands-on,” with each student working at a station or in pairs with their own burners, knives, cutting boards, and ingredients. We look forward to having you in class!
Our classes and clubs also aim to improve the quality of physical and mental health in Sonoma Valley. Through our food nutrition, gardening, and traditional ‘food is medicine’ classes, we provide space for learning how to repair our bodies and minds.
