About the class
Learn the art of making pâte à choux, a versatile French dough used for both sweet and savory creations. This hands-on class will guide you through mastering the dough, from mixing and piping to baking it to perfection. Discover how to troubleshoot common issues and achieve the perfect light, airy texture every time.
You’ll also explore a variety of sweet and savory fillings, such as rich vanilla cream for éclairs and cheesy blends for gougères. Create classic desserts like cream puffs and profiteroles, as well as savory appetizers. By the end, you’ll confidently recreate these dishes at home. Perfect for both beginners and seasoned bakers!
