About this PRINT LAB

Roll up your sleeves and join us for another Friday evening P R I N T  L A B!
Each month we will explore a different technique and print with our community!
Print, play, and experiment with a method we find intriguing.

This month, in honor of INKTOBER, we’ll explore a fun drawing technique known as blotted line monotypes! Andy Warhol made this inky method his signature drawing style for many of his famous illustrations. We find this unique way of creating traced monotypes with a nib pen quite fascinating! This month will be a fun night of drawing, painting and printmaking. Come try it out with us in our print studio using some spooky Halloween images ~ We’ll show you how it’s done!

*Note to participants – If you have your own nib fountain pen, bring it with you! We’ll supply the ink! It’s a good way to explore a tool you may already own…

Donations received are greatly appreciated to help cover the cost of the activity. Light refreshments and drinks will be provided. This month we will meet upstairs in our Print Studio. Please bring your cash donation or scan our QR code for Venmo upon arrival. Guests who would like to watch without participating are welcome to attend. Open to families. Small children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. No prior printmaking experience is necessary. Enrollment will close when we reach full capacity.
