About the class
Romantic Desserts for Two” is a 3-hour intimate culinary experience that teaches couples how to create three elegant European desserts perfect for special date nights. In this hands-on class, participants will master the art of crafting luxurious poached pears in red wine with a velvety reduction sauce, learn to bake a rich and decadent flourless chocolate Caprese cake, and create handmade chocolate truffles perfect for gifting or sharing. The class provides all premium ingredients, equipment, and wine for both cooking and tasting, along with detailed recipe cards to recreate these romantic desserts at home. Whether planning for an anniversary, Valentine’s Day, or simply a special evening in, couples will learn professional techniques for creating impressive desserts that set the mood for a memorable dining experience. No advanced baking skills required – just bring your enthusiasm and leave with the confidence to create restaurant-quality desserts for your next romantic evening.
