About the class

Now more than ever, setting intentions around where you focus your time and energy is essential to creating a life you love. Many of us reach a point where we crave a new way of moving forward—a way to be fully present. We yearn for more than a life of busy days; we want to savor each moment while actively shaping a future that feels rich and meaningful. Intention setting helps you clarify what truly matters, guiding you toward choices that bring greater joy, purpose, and fulfillment.

Join intentional living teacher Melissa Bingham for a morning of meditation, visioning, and creative exploration, where we’ll craft vision boards and intention cards to help you shape the life you want to feel, experience, and embody in 2025.

Together, we’ll reflect on 2024, releasing what no longer resonates and honoring what we wish to carry forward. We’ll tune into your deepest callings for the new year—how you want to feel, what you want to do, who you want to be and what you want to have. By the end, you’ll have beautiful, tangible reminders to help you navigate the year ahead with joy and purpose.

Previous participants have shared how transformative this experience is—describing a sense of peace, clarity, and renewed hope. One attendee said they felt a “deep release and excitement for what’s possible” and left with “a clear vision and genuine joy” about the year ahead. It’s more than crafting a vision board; it’s about connecting to your heart’s truest desires, letting go of what’s weighing you down, and stepping into the new year with a sense of purpose and inner calm.
