About the class

This one hour class will provide participants with a non-impact warm-up of large muscle groups throughout the body, followed by gentle slow stretching. The activities can be easily modified for all experience levels. Low impact all over body stretching, is a practice of health that can provide enhanced access to centering, relaxation, flexibility/mobility, and can even improve emotional health and sleep patterns.

The supportive environment of a guided group class is beneficial to not feeling isolated and being surrounded by others who are also working towards their fitness and flexibility  goals. This sense of community can be incredibly encouraging, helping you stay positive and focused on your journey.
