At the Sonoma Community Center, we are committed to cultivating a community that is welcoming, safe, nurturing, creative, and collaborative—within our walls and beyond.
We invite you to build connection here. Come to a free art day, visit the gallery, take or teach a class, sit in the garden, attend an event, or plan a gathering. This is your Community Center. Together we can continue to create a flourishing community.
With this in our hearts, we are thrilled to announce that the 2026 MUSE is YOU– our community-from the founders and early visionaries to today’s artists, volunteers, members, supporters, and all participants who have nurtured and shaped the Center into what it is today- the vibrant artistic and cultural hub of our Valley. The MUSE Gala is our biggest fund raiser of the year that honors a person(s) that has greatly contributed to our Valley.
MUSE 2026, August 15, 2026 is not about a single honoree. Instead, it is a tribute to the collective spirit that has sustained and grown the Sonoma Community Center for three-quarters of a century. From its earliest days to today, the Center has thrived because of the people who believed in its mission and invested their time, talent, and passion. Our Community is the inspiration—the MUSE—that keeps the Center evolving to meet the needs of a diverse and ever-changing community.
