| | | Sounds of Summer: A Meditative Sound Bath Journey – Lionsgate EditionSaturday, August 8, 3:30 PM, $45Journey Beyond Sound invites you to an afternoon of guided meditation and immersive soundscapes designed to help you slow down, quiet the mind, and create space for clarity, reflection, and renewal. During this experience, you’ll rest comfortably while a live ensemble of musicians performs using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, symphonic gongs, chimes, Native flute, string instruments, drums, and other resonant tones. As the sounds gently “wash” around you, they create a peaceful environment that encourages deep relaxation, mindfulness, and quiet reflection. |
