What you can do about SNAP delays- Information on the local impact of the SNAP delays and what you can do to help in Sonoma Valley:According to the Sonoma Valley Catalyst Fund, roughly 1,800 Sonoma Valley residents depend on SNAP benefits, receiving an average of just $193 per person each month. This shortfall often means skipped meals, difficult choices, and added strain on local food providers. You can help bridge the gap through monetary donations, food contributions, volunteering, or simply shopping locally. Let’s help to ensure our neighbors have enough to eat. |

| | Molly and Cat are looking for materials for the upcoming Ugly Holiday Sweater Workshop. All holidays and beliefs are welcome!
It’s that time of year when people are starting to deck the halls, and with that comes unwanted decor from years past. Do you have broken ornaments? Has your garland seen better days? We’re looking for anything that you would generally toss or donate. We’ll put them to use in our workshop to create something totally wretched yet festive!
Please bring your donations to the SCC office in Room 210 by Friday, November 21. We’re open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. |

| Ugly Holiday Sweater Contest!Join us for the inaugural Ugly Holiday Sweater Contest at Winter Art Market! All are invited to enter. Take our workshop on Saturday, November 22 (1-3 PM) and create something new, or strut the “runway” in something you’ve made on your own. After public voting, winners will be chosen in these categories: Most Creative, Best Use of Tinsel, and Giving the Best Laugh—no fee to enter. The parade of contestants will take place on Sunday, December 7, at 11 AM. Please RSVP on the Winter Art Market page ahead of the contest. |
