SoulCollage Exploration

About the Class

Discover how this easy, intuitive form of collage can be a powerful tool for introspection, reflection and insight, leading to personal growth, self-awareness, and understanding one’s motivations and actions. Try a single workshop or sign up for all four.

SoulCollage® is a creative, fun tool for self-discovery and exploration. Created by Seena B. Frost, it involves creating and analyzing a deck of colorful, collaged SoulCollage® cards. These workshops will introduce you to intuitive collage-making, guided visualization, journaling, and optional sharing. We will focus on a different suit each month, expanding your inner landscape. No experience is required; come as you are. All supplies are provided.

September 12 – The Committee Suit
The Committee Suit is the psychological dimension of your deck. Discover your inner voices and what roles they have in your life. Some examples are the shy one, the teacher, the inner critic, the caretaker, the judge, and the happy child.

October 10 – The Community Suit
We will focus on the Community Suit, your support team. The suit honors and celebrates the places, people, and animals who support, love, and make a difference in our lives.
It contains cards for those beings that impact your personal story with their special energy. ~ Seena Frost, SoulCollage® Evolving, p. 31

November 21 – The Council Suit
The cards in this suit symbolize spirit guides and archetypes who guide you in your daily life, or who have guided you in the past, or those you wish to receive guidance from in the future.
My Council cards are particularly important in helping me grow more aware and alert to the invisible but real energies that surround me in my life journey. I can sometimes almost feel these “angels” guiding and supporting and even challenging me.
~ Seena Frost, Founder of SoulCollage®

December 12 – The Companion Suit
This suit has seven cards. Each represents and honors an animal energy, one for each of the seven chakra energies. This suit is all about the energetic dimensions of life. Examples: Wolf, Octopus, Eagle, Skunk, Dragon, Squirrel, Honeybee, and Hippopotamus.

You may cancel by phone or email and we will gladly offer you a refund or credit toward a future class. If you cancel with less than 10 days’ notice, we will not be able to provide refunds, due to our contractual obligations and material purchases for each class.

If this happens and we do not offer a reschedule date, you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee (minus the payment processing and services fee), or credit towards a future class. If we are able to offer a reschedule date but you are unable to make the new date, we will gladly offer credit towards a future class.

All credits must be used within 1 year.
