Handmade Pasta Workshop: Winter Comforts

Create egg tagliatelle with mushroom ragù and ricotta-spinach ravioli with brown butter and sage. Perfect your pasta skills with winter comfort dishes.

What you’ll do

Warm up your winter with the art of handmade pasta in this cozy culinary workshop. You’ll learn to make fresh pasta from scratch, creating two classic Italian dishes perfect for the season.

First, you’ll master the technique of rolling and cutting delicate egg tagliatelle, then pair it with a rich, earthy mushroom ragù that simmers to perfection. Next, you’ll craft tender ricotta-spinach ravioli, learning proper filling and sealing techniques, then finish them with fragrant brown butter and fresh sage.

To complete your Italian feast, you’ll bake traditional almond biscotti, the perfect sweet ending to dip in coffee or wine. Throughout the workshop, you’ll gain confidence in pasta-making fundamentals, from mixing the dough to achieving the ideal texture and thickness.

Whether you’re new to pasta making or looking to refine your skills, this hands-on class will have you creating restaurant-quality dishes at home. All ingredients, tools, and recipes provided.
