Get Your Hands in the Dough: Empanadas
Spend a morning folding empanadas with Gerardo Diaz: fresh dough, savory fillings, and that signature crimped edge, all made by your own hands.
program overview
There’s something deeply satisfying about pulling a tray of golden empanadas from the oven, and Gerardo Diaz will show you exactly how it’s done. Over the course of the morning you’ll mix and roll your own dough, spoon in savory fillings, and get comfortable with the crimped edge that seals each pocket shut. Expect hands-on practice, helpful guidance, and a few tricks that turn a good empanada into a great one. You’ll head home with a batch of your own and a recipe worth making on repeat. Reserve your spot and come hungry.
